Join us on Thursday, May 7th for the Big Day of Giving, the Sacramento region’s annual 24-hour giving celebration that supports local nonprofits and the communities they serve. This special day is an opportunity to invest in our programs, which empower young people through creativity, mentorship, and music.

If you’re 21+, you can join us in person when we take over the Pine Cove for a Karaoke Party from 5:30-7:30pm!

For those under 21, we will also have a booth set up outside with prizes and GRS merch! Please stop by to say hi, spin the wheel, or make a donation!

At G.I.R.L.S. Rock Sacramento, donations help fund year-round music education programs, summer rock camps, workshops, and live performance opportunities for youth who identify as girls, trans, non-binary, or gender-expansive. Through collaboration, mentorship, and hands-on music instruction, campers build confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of community.

Your support during Big Day of Giving ensures that youth in Sacramento have access to inclusive creative spaces where they can explore their voices, develop new skills, and connect with peers and mentors. Every contribution—big or small—directly supports scholarships, program materials, instructors, and the resources needed to keep G.I.R.L.S. Rock Sacramento’s programs accessible and impactful.
