Join GIRLS Rock Sacramento and our alumni house band Wisteria as we enjoy our annual tradition of opening up the main stage of the Chalk it Up Festival! The band will hit the stage right at 11am, so don’t be late! Afterwards, stop by to visit our booth for free swag, info, smiles, and high fives, and then stroll the festival for food, chalk art, and family fun!

Since 1991, the Chalk It Up! Chalk Art & Music Festival has been a three-day celebration of local artists and the arts community — and is one of the last of the free, family-friendly festivals in Midtown Sacramento.

Ten years. One amazing decade of music! Join us for the best all-ages show of the year as The California Stars, Joe Gibbs & CTX, Leaping Blennies, Poly Holiday, The Lucky Shots, Larisa Bryski, Wonderful Drugstore, Sgt York, the Natalie Cortez Band and the GRS Alumni Band “Wisteria” each takes a swing at their own year from the '80s. We'll be raising a glass to the funnest era of music in history while raising money for G.I.R.L.S. Rock Sacramento! Doors open at 4pm. Show starts at 5pm.

Join G.I.R.L.S. Rock Sacramento for this amazing show, which is the culmination of our week-long Teen Camp for ages 12-17, and our biggest live music fundraising event of the year! You'll hear/see five brand new youth bands as they perform original songs that they wrote together over the course of camp week! GRS merch and awesome raffle prizes will be on hand too, plus a very special guest performance! All ages are welcome and tickets are only $18 (not including fees). All proceeds benefit future GRS programs. Doors open at 11am. Show starts promptly at noon and is only an hour long, so don’t be late! Seating is limited so please be prepared to stand. Break free at ArtMix PROM, the Crocker Museum’s fun-filled evening extravaganza bursting with live performances, DJed music, festive food and drinks, art activities, and so much more!

Start planning your promposals! Embrace the nostalgia of high school prom night with a live concert by G.I.R.L.S. Rock Sacramento’s alumni band “Wisteria,” dance to DJ-spun tunes, and sway through slow dances in the ballroom. Glam up with makeovers, dress to the nines, and enjoy a night to remember!

Join us for warm vibrations and guided meditation with Allie Hall this Valentine’s Day weekend! This soothing sonic experience, featuring crystal bowls, gong, and chimes, will surround you in harmonious sounds that foster deep relaxation and emotional release, and will invite in a sense of renewal & restoration. Allow the sounds to wash over you, clearing any stagnant energy and creating space for healing and harmony.

Participants should wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Optional items include a blanket and eye cover.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit GRS youth camps and programs.

Join us at Harlow’s for the culmination of our Teen Camp week, as five brand new bands, with members between the ages of 12 and 17, perform their original songs for the very first time! All ages are welcome. Tickets are only $10 but space is limited to get them while you can! Special guests ANGELITE and DJ Lady Char!

Join Girls Rock Sacramento teen campers (age 12-17) at Ace of Spades as they cap off a week of music, collaboration, and empowerment with a rock show to remember! All ages and all people are welcome! Special guests: Sad Girlz Club, Ruby Jaye, and other special surprises! Proceeds to benefit Girls Rock Sacramento camps and programs.
