FLEXIBLE tuition - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We are delighted to share that our camps offer a sliding scale tuition payment option, with tuition ranging from $25 – $450 depending on the camp you are applying for. We are committed to welcoming a diverse group of campers and the Flexible Tuition program ensures that GRS campers represent an economically, racially, and culturally diverse community.
If you would like to participate in one of our camps but are worried that tuition is too costly, please apply for camp FIRST and then fill out the simple Worksheet below to apply for sliding scale tuition. Families or individuals who apply for camp and then fill out the Family Worksheet are under no financial obligation until their sliding scale tuition rate is confirmed and accepted.
Flexible tuition is based on the principle that a family or individual’s financial commitment to camp should be in equitable proportion to their financial resources. The same financial information is asked of all families in the Worksheet to determine each camper’s fee. However, please note that GRS does have a limited budget allocated for sliding scale tuition and cannot commit to accommodating every camper who applies.
